I come from a place that values and acknowledges the need for connection and right relationship. I am a strength-based clinician, drawing on each individual’s strength’s, unique gifts and experiences,creating space for your personal needs.
As a Registered Psychotherapist I have over 30 years of experience in Mental Health/Psychotherapy; working with children/ youth/ adults, couples and families. My style is soft, warm and rooted in the belief that every person works from a place of best intention.
