











Beth Dunkinson, owner, RMT - (full time)
Beth Dunkinson RMT became registered in 2010. After spending 7 years working as a Registered Massage Therapist in Gananoque and building a clientele she decided in late 2017 to expand and begin a new venture as a business owner. This venture will allow growth and will bring Beth’s vision to life. Eminence Massage Therapy was born January 2018. It is Beth’s dream to provide for the community, a relaxing, friendly, and attentive place for people to receive quality service where client care comes first. Beth is still offering RMT services while keeping the business in order. She enjoys doing a variety of treatments from relaxation to deep tissue, from focused rehabilitation to stress reduction treatments. Her main goal is to listen to your wants and needs and to provide the best treatment using her skills and knowledge base.
Keeley Smith, RMT​ (casual)
Keeley Smith RMT became registered in 2013. She is focused on bettering the overall physical and mental health and wellness of her clients. She has done some extensive work with PTSD clients and has practiced with many other conditions treating pregnancy, muscle strains and sprains, pinched nerves, lymphatic conditions, arthritis etc. In 2016 Keeley added advanced training for TMJ dysfunction to her list of therapies. She also has done some work with cupping therapy and incorporates this technique into her treatments upon request.

Alex Hutcheson, RMT (full time )
Alex graduated from Durham College in 2020. He has been working as a mobile Massage Therapist since becoming registered. He has a passion for fitness, health, and wellness. Through his years of education, he has completed a Fitness and Health Promotion diploma and an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy. He has found his roots back in his hometown helping the community that helped raise him. His passion is helping his patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and reach their goals through deep tissue, relaxation, and sports massage.

Bayleigh Eeuwes, RMT (full time)
Bayleigh completed her Massage therapy diploma from Durham College in 2020 before moving to Gananoque . Her passion is helping people live their lives to the fullest by decreasing pain, increasing mobility and lowering stress. She offers deep tissue massage while still creating a relaxing environment . Bayleigh has additional training in cupping, gua sha and indie head massage.

Meghan Wood, RMT (full time)
Meghan completed her advanced diploma in massage therapy from Algonquin college where she gained experience working with a variety of individuals including expectant mothers & clients experiencing chronic pain. Meghan is passionate about caring for others and helping optimize their therapeutic potential & reach personal wellness goals. She offers a variety of techniques including but not limited to; the use of Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, joint mobilization’s, trigger point release & remedial exercise. When Meghan isn’t in the clinic you can find her enjoying time with friends and family, keeping physically active at the gym, or nestled up with a good book and a warm cup of coffee. As Meghan continues to grow as a massage therapist she looks forward to taking courses furthering her education to give clients the best possible care.

Jenny Wyatt, Esthetician (full time)
I have been an esthetician since 1993 and still loving it. My family and I moved to Gananoque 8 years ago and that has been the best decision. We love the community and I love my clients. I spend my days making individuals feel better. Outside of esthetics, I spend my time with my family and have a small hobby farm. My business is a whole body experience where I meet the needs of all of our senses. What makes me unique is that my services are a passion and each experience is geared to my client’s needs I am very proud of the success that I have had in this industry and still very surprised that I have developed such a supportive clientele base in this area. I knew no one when I first moved into the community and feel so grateful for getting to know such amazing people in such a small period of time :)

Melissa Kramer, CST (casual)
Shiatsu by Melissa Kramer, CST
​Melissa is a practicing member and a Board Director with the Shiatsu Therapy Association of
Ontario. She is a graduate of the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine Academy in Toronto
(formerly the Shiatsu School of Canada), where she obtained diplomas in Shiatsu Therapy 2006
(2200hr program) and Acupuncture 2009.
She has experience effectively treating a variety of acute and chronic conditions including
but not limited to; stress, anxiety, chronic fatigue, digestive issues, menstrual issues, pain
including headaches, migraines, neck and shoulder pain, back pain, and stubborn pains such
as sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia and repetitive strain injuries, athletic injury
recovery, and post-operative care. In her practice, she draws on acupressure and meridian
theory while incorporating adjunct therapies such as Reiki, Tuina Massage and
Traditional Thai Massage stretch sequences. Home care recommendations such as
breath work exercises and meridian stretches are personalized to best support and

I have been in the field of Psychotherapy for over 33 years. Majority of my career I worked in Children’s Mental Health, working with youth and families. Three years ago, I started a new chapter in my life, moving into private practice. My foundation is rooted in trauma and attachment; and the impact of faulty core belief systems can have on a person. I am a strength-based clinician, taking a narrative approach; believing that therapy is a conversation and begins with trust, relationship and equality. I work with individuals over 16 years of age and couples.
My most important role is life is a mother and grandmother. My time outside of my career primarily revolves around my family, they bring me joy, happiness, laughter and a full heart.
Shannon Bovey, M.Ed., RP, CCC (part-time)
Shannon has been in the field of human services for over ten years and has been honoured to work as a psychotherapist for the past 8. She has been registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) since 2017. During this time, she has worn a few different hats, including providing psychotherapy for ages 14 – 85 in Ottawa, collaborating on treatment with university students in Kingston, and most recently, facilitating clinical supervision with emerging psychotherapists, as well as seasoned professionals, in a role as a clinical manager. She is passionate about integrative practice from the foundation of a respectful and collaborative relationship with clients. She is a life-long learner and is frequently engaged in professional development. Unique to her practice is her integration of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR in helping to alleviate symptoms of trauma and distress. Outside of work, Shannon finds joy and meaning in poetry and her family.

Maddie Amo-Laforet, Receptionist (part time)
Hello! I'm Maddie, the receptionist at Eminence Massage Therapy. I've found passion in helping people through Massage Therapy and am currently pursuing my diploma at Trillium College, with plans to graduate as a Registered Massage Therapist in January 2026.
When I'm not busy with work or studies, you can find me snuggling with one of my pets or getting lost in a good book!
