Enjoy a Registered Massage Therapy treatment with some incorporated Cupping to problem areas. During Cupping the suction from the cups pulls blood from areas of restriction and forces toxins to enter the lymphatic system where they will be discarded. Cupping lifts and pulls tissues apart from each other opening vascular pathways and helping tissues to release from restrictions.

Specialized TMJ (Temporomandibular joint) treatments:

These specialized treatments will be designed to treat your specific dysfunctions that will be identified during an assessment. During these treatments the therapist will perform techniques to the specific muscles that are causing or contributing to the dysfunction. The areas treated may include back, neck, shoulder, face, scalp and even some muscles inside the mouth. Massage Therapy for TMJ issues can provide relief from several symptoms such as: biting/chewing discomfort, discomfort/aching in the face, headache, jaw pain/tenderness, reduced range of motion at the jaw, neck/shoulder

Manual Lymph Drainage

This is a gentle technique that drains the bodies tissues and relieves congestion. It encourages relaxation, aids in relief of discomfort and promotes detoxification. Its a client specific program of hands on treatment and exercises. The therapist can also advise on compression garments if needed. Excellent for people dealing with Lymphedema.

Structural Integration:

A type of Manual Therapy that addresses gait and postural issues, chronic pain and overuse disorders. It is a series of twelve 90 minute sessions focused on stretching and loosening the superficial and deep fascia while making a neural connection back to the brain. The goal is for the client to learn to live optimally within the fascial boundaries of their own body.

Craniosacral Therapy

This is a light touch approach to relieve pain and dysfunction in the body. It works on the Central Nervous System and the fluid that surrounds it. The benefits of treatment include calmness, focus and stronger immunity. It may  be used alone or in conjunction with other therapies.

Neural Manipulation:

Surgery, trauma and poor posture can cause our bodies to make compensations in other areas which can result in restrictions, pain, sensitivities, and loss of function due to the nerves becoming fixed and dysfunctional. NM therapy is a gentle hands on technique applied to re-establish communication between the nervous system and the body. Engagement, mobilization and elongation of the soft tissues and the nerves allows the body to communicate and the symptoms to decrease.

Visceral Manipulation

Your organs are in perpetual motion. Breathing, walking and stretching all create internal movement. In a healthy body the fluid movements are transmitted through the fascia to other structures. Organs lose mobility due to physical trauma, surgery, infection, diet, posture etc. The restrictions lead to compensation, tension and irritation. Visceral Manipulation is a gentle Manual Therapy focused on releasing compensations and restrictions related to the internal organs.

Hot stone Massage :

This treatment  is used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body.Combining hot stone protocols with a full body massage provides a very healing and effective experience. The hot stones also expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can

relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.
